In order to use property of the Town of Phillipsburg, a Special Use Permit must be completed and issued.  Below are the forms to download and complete.  Completed forms, along with the appropriate fee and documentation, must be returned to the municipal building for approval from the Fire Department, Police Department, and Mayor’s Office.  Upon approval, the Superintendent of Recreation will then issue the permit.  Clients must have the permit on hand the day of their affair.  This process applies, but is not limited, to the following properties:

  • Walter’s Park Pavilion
  • Walter’s Park Ballfield
  • Green Street Pavilion
  • Shappell Park and Gazebo
