PROJECT TITLE: Sewer Administration Building
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Construct new administration building 24’ x 48’ with concrete porch and ADA access ramp. Site work includes concrete curb and sidewalk along frontage of the new building and stone parking pads. Existing on-site utilities must be extended to provide sanitary, storm, water, gas and electrical service connections to the new structure.
