In October 2010, the Town of Phillipsburg will commence an animal census.  If you are found to be in possession of an unlicensed animal, you will receive a summons and be required to appear in Municipal Court and be subject to a fine.  All dogs and cats must be licensed in Town of Phillipsburg beginning at age 7 months.  Should you have further questions the Clerk's Office is 908-454-5500 x348 or 309 from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
