The Town of Phillipsburg is applying for funding through the NJ Green Acres Program to support improvements to our parks and open spaces, and we want to hear from you.

This meeting is an opportunity to share your ideas and priorities for parks and open space improvements. Community feedback will help guide future planning and will be included as part of the Town’s grant application.

Survey Opportunity:
Residents are also encouraged to complete the Green Acres survey. The survey deadline is January 12, 2026.
We know many residents want to help, and this is a great way to do so. Please come share your ideas and spread the word. This meeting and survey is specifically focused on Green Acres funding and gathering community input related to parks and open space improvements. Other topics or concerns can be addressed at a different time through the appropriate channels.
