New Traffic Pattern– Memorial Parkway Turnarounds The Town of Phillipsburg, in cooperation with NJDOT, is closing the three high-risk turnarounds near the U.S. Post Office on Memorial Parkway. Starting as early as next Wednesday, signage will go up restricting these turnarounds to emergency vehicles only, with full closures to follow.
