Legal and Public Notices

In accordance with New Jersey law (P.L. 2025, c.72), the Town of Phillipsburg publishes all required legal notices on this official municipal website. Beginning March 1, 2026, New Jersey public entities are required to make legal notices publicly accessible on their official Internet websites in lieu of traditional newspaper publication.

All legal notices are provided here free of charge and are maintained for the period required by law. Archived notices remain available for public review.
