Water Main Replacement Construction Update – 10/14/2025-10/18/2025

CRJ Contracting crews will continue work along Mercer Street between South Main Street and Ivy Alley throughout the week for water main installation.

The intersection at S. Main Street will remain open.

Reese Court will be closed temporarily during portions of the work.

Additional crews will be performing service connection work on Stockton Street (from S. Main to Howard) and along Jefferson Street, with intersections remaining open.

Sidewalk paver installation will continue along South Main Street, starting on the westbound side (between McKeen & Jefferson) and shifting to the eastbound side later in the week.

Please use extra caution when traveling through construction areas and follow all posted detours or signage. The Town does its best to share information with residents as quickly and accurately as it is received from outside sources. We know these projects can feel disruptive, but please know they are undertaken to strengthen and improve our community. Your patience and understanding mean a lot as we work together to make Phillipsburg better.
